Choose to book your private lessons with Ellice, our studio owner, S Factor instructor, and women's empowerment mentor. With Ellice, you'll tune into your body's desires, open up to your full expression, heal stuck areas, enhance your pole skills, and discover authentic flow in your dance. Alternatively, you can work with one of our skilled pole fitness instructors to boost your fitness level, advance your pole practice, learn new moves and combinations, master spin pole, or even prepare for a competition. Each session is tailored to meet your specific goals, ensuring a personalized path to success and self-expression.
